| This paper designs a plate type liquid-cooled power battery pack for the service object with four wheels hub motor independently driven electric vehicle.The design requirements of the flat plate are based on the position of the power battery pack which are on the independent drive of the four-wheel hub motor to drive the electric vehicle.The selection of liquid-cooled mode is available from the comparison of various types of heat dissipation methods,especially after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.The detailed work is as follows:(1)This topic is designed by plate type surface power battery pack in order to choose panasonic NCR18650 PF lithium ion battery as battery monomer,through the series parallel battery monomer,and combined into the battery module,battery module through the mechanical connection between the power battery pack.Compared the advantages and disadvantages of each heat dissipation method,the cooling system was selected and the cooling system was designed.According to the design of battery module,heat dissipation design,electrical design and assembly design,the design of a plate type liquid-cooled power battery pack is completed.(2)Summarized the simplified method of finite element modeling for dynamic battery pack by existing papers,and considered the shortcomings of this method.Therefore,a method for the modeling of precise cell dynamics is proposed.In order to improve the accuracy of this method,we use another physical power battery pack as the analysis object,which has been designed in the lab before.By the analysis of the simplified model,accurate model of finite element modal and results of modal experiment analysis.it can be seen through the comparison that the results obtained from the modeling method of precise cell model are more accurate and are close to the experimental results.Later,by using the method of accurate battery unit cell modeling,design of the plate type cools by this subject power battery pack for precise modeling,for power battery pack after finite element mechanics analysis to lay the foundation.(3)To the precise model of the plate type liquid-cooled power battery pack,on the basis of finite element analysis method was employed to reinforce the power battery pack mechanical performance analysis,including: static analysis,modal analysis,random vibration analysis,analysis of mechanical shock.Its structure is modified according to the simulation results,the modified plate type surface power battery pack,in the finite element dynamic simulation analysis,static analysis,modal analysis,random vibration analysis and the analysis of the mechanical shock all meet the design requirements,the parts are reliable.(4)Because of the power battery pack during continuous work,generally the discharge rate is less than 1 C,so it can be through the detection of power battery pack in 1 c discharge rate of discharge cells when the body temperature and temperature difference for testing the cooling performance of the whole battery pack.According to the Bernardi classic model,the maximum heat rate of the battery was calculated at 1C discharge rate.The temperature simulation analysis of liquid cooling system was completed by using finite element analysis software.According to the temperature cloud chart,the heat dissipation performance of the flat-panel liquid cooled power battery pack designed by this project is very good. |
