As one of the important guarantees of automotive comfort,automotive air conditioning system is an indispensable and important part in the process of automotive development,and is increasingly valued by manufacturers and users.With the intensification of competition in the automotive air-conditioning industry at home and abroad,the performance of automotive air-conditioning will become the key to competition in the industry,and efficient and energy-saving air-conditioning system is also one of the key technologies to increase the range of electric vehicles.In this paper,the air conditioning system of a new energy electric bus is analyzed firstly.On this basis,the on-line monitoring method of air conditioning system performance is studied.The purpose of performance monitoring is to discover faults in time and send out command alarms in time,so as to repair air conditioning in time.To make the air conditioning work steadily and reliably.This paper mainly focuses on the performance analysis of steam compression air-conditioning system and the research on the method of linear performance monitoring.Firstly,the refrigeration principle of bus air-conditioning system and the thermal cycle of air-conditioning system are introduced in detail,and then the operation performance of air-conditioning system is analyzed.On the basis of the previous theoretical analysis,the on-line monitoring method of air conditioningperformance is studied.The research of on-line performance monitoring of air conditioning is realized by using air conditioning controller for real-time monitoring and remote monitoring on the other hand.The performance monitoring system based on air conditioning controller is mainly determined by monitoring the air temperature difference through the evaporator.Because the air conditioning control system is controlled under multi-working conditions,the value of ?t changes constantly,so it needs to be judged under different conditions.Aiming at the design of remote monitoring system,the data of air conditioning performance parameters collected by sensors are transmitted to Aliyun server by GPRS wireless communication technology,and real-time monitoring is carried out by monitoring software.After the actual test and analysis,the two monitoring systems can meet the engineering requirements,and the remote monitoring system is relatively better in monitoring accuracy.
