| In recent years,with the economic development and technological innovation,the study of bridge guardrail structure has made great progress.Because of the difficult to meet the requirements of rapid construction and environmental protection,the traditional on-site support concrete bridge guardrail withdrew from people’s field of vision gradually.As a new type of guardrail structure with the advantages of rapid construction and less environmental impact,prefabricated concrete bridge guardrail has been more and more widely applied to urban rail transit,viaduct and other fields.The new structure of precast concrete bridge guardrail has been put forward higher requirements in durability and strength.In this paper,a new type of prefabricated concrete bridge guardrail model has been studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)Quasi-static loading test and heavy hammer impact test have been carried out on the prefabricated concrete bridge guardrail model with the model of cast-in-place concrete bridge guardrail taken as reference in the test.The lateral displacement curve of the guardrail and the maximum strain value of the steel bar have been obtained from the test.The experimental results show that the new type of prefabricated concrete bridge guardrail meets the strength and stability required by the design code.(2)The finite element model of guardrail has been built on the platform of numerical analysis software ADINA,and the quasi-static loading test and heavy hammer impact test on the prefabricated guardrail structure have been simulated.In the simulation process,the simulation parameters have been adjusted and the calculated results have been compared with the experimental data.It proves that the mechanical test of the concrete bridge guardrail can be effectively simulated by numerical analysis method.(3)To study the crashworthiness of concrete bridge guardrail,the guardrail and the car have been analyzed as an interrelated whole research object in the study.Starting from the contact angle between guardrail and automobile,the vehicle collision problem of concrete bridge guardrail has been studied by computer simulation.The numerical simulation software LS-DYNA is used as a platform to simulate the collision process of the concrete guardrail and the vehicle.The collision characteristics of the guardrail have been studied and analyzed from the aspects of collision shape,collision speed and impact energy.The results show that the new type of prefabricated concrete bridge guardrail can play an effective role in blocking,steering and decelerating the vehicle,which shows that the guardrail has good protection ability. |
