With the pressure of energy stress and environmental problems,promoting the auto industry to upgrade and developing the new energy vehicles has risen to a national strategy.To promote the development of new energy automotive industry and to meet the energy vehicles tests.In this paper,through analysis the norms and testing requirements of new energy vehicle electrical performance testing,studying based on CompactRIO for portable new energy vehicle electrical performance testing system.Through the analysis of testing requirement,established a integrated Virtual Instrument structure for testing system.By modular design,the hardware system consisted of data acquisition module,data communication module,data storage module and power supply module.The system devised the following innovation:developed the current range automatic switching module,which provided precision acquisition,designed the wireless dual communication mode between the host computer with CompactRIO,which solved the complex test conditions,designed the Removable battery design,which greatly improving the overall life of the test system.By application hierarchical model the system design,the testing systems based on LabVIEW software consisted of the CompactRIO module and the host module.The CompactRIO module is responsible for real-time data acquisition,storage and signal processing.The host module designed UI module,test control module,data processing analysis module,report generation module and other functions module.The analysis of the collected data is the core technology of the test system.This module devised some following innovation,such as provided precision acquisition under authenticity and integrity of the signal,which by Butterworth filter and RBF neural network.Through the functional verification which included Stability verification,test accuracy calibration and practicality analysis by laboratory and vehicle test,verify the performance indicators meet the design requirements.These researches can improve the performance of new energy vehicle related test system.
