With the rapid development of Chinese economy,traffic accidents and the aging of the population are increasing day by day,the number of patients with bone injury has increased dramatically.There is a long time for bone trauma patients to recover,which brings great pressure to their family and society.Therefore,it is necessary for us to shorten the time of treating fractures.It can effectively reduce the cost of treatment and saving resources,so that patients can get rid of the pain of torture.This paper has made a preliminary study on the issue of reinforcing bone healing after external fixation in patients with bone injury.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the optimal scheme was established by comparing several schemes,according to the mechanism of vibration to promote bone healing.A bone stress stimulator was made to provide the vibration stimulation on the sole of foot,which laid the foundation for the dynamic analysis and experimental study of bones stress stimulator.Secondly,the excitation mode of the stress stimulator is studied and the synchronization of the two-eccentric motor is analyzed.The self-synchronization between the two motor drives is verified by experiments.The dynamic simulation of the excitation platform is analyzed.In this way,in order to achieve the feasibility of reciprocating vibration,dynamic simulation is demonstrated under the double eccentric vibration driven motor.Finally,the dynamic analysis of the vibration-promoting bone healing system was carried out,which provide the theoretical support for the construction of the experimental platform and the experimental study of the vibration-promoting bone healing system.Thirdly,the experimental platform of vibration-promoting bone healing system was set up and the experiment of human was carried out.Then,with the assistant of the LMS collecting and analyzing vibration signal system and OFV-505/5000 high performance single point laser vibrometer the regular experiment of vibrating propagation in human body,test of different angles supporting plate and experimental study on amplitude test of callus in lower limb model of fracture are accomplished.Through the human comfort experiment,we found that the excitation frequency of 26 Hz to 42 Hz,the human body without obvious discomfort.Through the vibration propagation along the fracture lower limb model,the law of the vibration along the body attenuation and callus along the stress growth is verified.And the rationality of the design of the bone stress stimulator and the feasibility of strengthening bone healing.The feasibility of the support plate is verified by experiments with different angles.The feasibility of bone healing was further verified by the amplitude test of callus at lower limb model.These groups of experiments do have some clinical significance.
