The implementation of the strategy of coordinated development of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,let the beijing-tianjin-hebei road logistics coordinated development has been the attention of people.Because of Beijing,tianjin and hebei province belong to different administrative region,the economic development of the three province and cities also vary,and beijing-tianjin-hebei region road logistics falls within the scope of the management of different departments,so that the beijing-tianjin-hebei region road logistics network lack of unified planning,road logistics network nodes exist unclear function orientation,unreasonable layout,difficult connections such issues,eventually led to the beijing-tianjin-hebei region road logistics efficiency is low and the logistics cost is higher.So the paper's target is to construct beijing-tianjin-hebei rode logistics network,to solve the existing problems of logistics network and contribute a power for the beijing-tianjin-hebei road logistics coordinated development.Research has shown that hub and spoke logistics network can improve logistics efficiency and reduce the transportation cost of logistics network.So this paper contruct beijing-tianjin-hebei hub and spoke road logistics network model based on the theory of hub and sopke to improve the efficiency of beijing-tianjin-hebei region road logistics and reduce road logistics cost,and use the lingo software to solve it.The final result shows that tianjin,beijing,tangshan,shijiazhuang and handan are hub node and other cities are spoke nodes,each city's county town and level cities are the hinterland.they realize area and the circulation of goods outside the area through the distribution function of hub nodes.Then analysis advantages of the hub and spoke road logistics network constructed : it can promote the road transportation efficiency of resource utilization and reduce the beijing-tianjin-hebei road logistics operating costs;it define the function orientation of each city,and accelerate the construction of road transport hub node;it distribute road transportation resources reasonably and the beijing-tianjin-hebei region road logistics resources integrate effectively.At the end of the paper put forward several proposals in order to speed up the construct of beijing-tianjin-hebei hub and spoke road logistics network: strengthen the construct of road transportation infrastructure of hub nodes and highlight the center function of the hub node;strengthen the construct of road logistics network channels and increase transportation function of trunk line;implement the integration of existing road logistics resources and make beijing-tianjin-hebei road logistics network operate systematically;speed up the informationalization of the beijing-tianjin-hebei road logistics and realize road logistics information sharing in the area;establish effective mechanism of road logistics coordinated development.These Suggestions can promote the establishment of the beijing-tianjin-hebei hub and spoke road logistics network,and realize maximize the use of beijing-tianjin-hebei region road logistics resource and achieve optimization of network transportation cost.
