10 kV oil-immersed distribution transformers is one of the most widely used electric equipment in the power system.Transformer optimization design is a multi-variable,nonlinear,discrete complex programming problem.To improve the transformer products comprehensive performance,save energy and protect the environment,we should study the method of the transformer electromagnetic optimization design.Firstly,this paper describes the structure of the 10 kV oil-immersed distribution transformers,introduces the transformer design method,expound the traditional manual calculation process.Then the sum of the cost of materials and 10 years running cost is established as the objective function of optimization design mathematical model.Secondly,this paper describes the basic hybrid leapfrog algorithm optimization process,lists the lack of the basic hybrid leapfrog algorithm in terms of convergence accuracy and convergence rate.The following work has been done for these deficiencies.The aspect of evolution algorithm model and the adaptive step length are included.Then improved hybrid leapfrog algorithm is tested using the six classical test functions.The accuracy,the computation,convergent speed and convergence rate are included.The test results show that the improved hybrid leapfrog algorithm in terms of convergence accuracy and convergence rate are improved.In order to apply the optimization algorithm to transformer design,the idea of the re-initialization is introduced,the internal optimization model is changed and the concept of satisfactory solution is put forward.And the practicability of optimized design results is improved.Finally,object-oriented software development thought is introduced and the optimization design system is described using the unified modeling language.And then this paper determines each case of the design system,the entity class of the research object and the interface class of design software.On the basis of this,a use case sequence diagram,the static structure model and dynamic behavior model of optimization design system are established.The C++ programming language is used and the principle of friendly man-machine interface is followed to realize the optimization design system.The execution efficiency of the system is improved by referring database technology.The practicality and superiority of the design system are proved through examples and the desired effect is achieved.
