In recent years,the construction industry in our country has developed rapidly,Structure design is becoming more and more innovative,building structure is developing towards to Artistic direction.In order to meet the needs of the structure design,construction technical level is in progress,many new technologies,new materials and new methods are involved in the construction process,these fresh blood brought new challenges to the construction safety.Steel structural form is various,large,complex space structure,recreational facilities are mainly steel structure.The giant wheel has been seen as a unique form of steel structure for a long time,structure diameter increases gradually,the scale of engineering is increasing at the same time.The construction period becomes longer,the number of component becomes large,and the uncertain force transmission path between each component is complex,to control the stress of the construction stage becomes more and more difficult.This paper takes the Bai Lang River non-spoke-type giant wheel as the project background,introduces the main monitoring method and theory in the construction process,analyzes the stress in each construction stage,simulates and calculates the stress statement in each stage,analyzes the change trends.Then I simulate and calculate the unloading process of the structure,the load condition I set is closer to the real construction condition.I monitor the stress of every permanent healthy observation points during the period of unloading process,and compare it with calculated value,monitor the linear of the structure and compared with design value,monitor the cable tension by the method of frequency,then calculate the tension of the cable in the elimination of interference factors,if it is in the reasonable scope,the tensioning work is done.The whole construction stage is done smoothly under the monitor work.Results show that the construction method is correct and safe,monitoring work is effective.This paper has important reference value to the construction monitoring for the future similar project of giant wheel.In the end,summarize the article content and puts forward suggestions for the future engineering monitoring.
