With the development of society,the performance requirements of the diesel engine is getting higher and higher,so the degree of enhancement of diesel engines also continue to increase.Cylinder liner as the main diesel engine parts,the working environment is extremely poor,not only to withstand high temperature and heat is also very uneven,such a working environment will cause a great thermal deformation of the cylinder liner,resulting in poor lubrication at work,increased friction,affecting diesel performance.Therefore,the research of temperature field of cylinder liner is very important to improve the performance of diesel engine.Based on the above,a heat transfer simulation experiment system is designed for the high-intensification diesel engine.The system uses the continuous burner to heat the diesel engine cylinder,simulating the thermal working environment of the diesel engine.Based on the preliminary design of the system,the design scheme is simulated,the simulation results are analyzed and the design parameters are modified to ensure that the test system can satisfy the heat intensity requirement and achieve the design purpose.The main research and work of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the analysis of heating program,this paper selects the best heating program,designs test system and test methods.(2)The diesel engine cylinder and water jacket are modeled by Solid Works through the research on the 3D model of some diesel engine cylinder head and relevant data of engine design.(3)The burner was modeled by Solid Works refer to the data of burner design and the calculation of burner selection.(4)Hypermesh was used to extract the internal fluid region of the burner?the cylinder block and cylinder head of the diesel engine,and the mesh them.Fluent was used to simulate the combustion in the cylinder and the flow in the water jacket.(5)The calculation results are imported into ABAQUS,and the fluid-solid coupling calculation is performed on the cylinder liner of the diesel engine.Finally,the temperature field and thermal stress distribution of the cylinder liner and the body are obtained.According to the coupling analysis of the results we found that the liner temperature distribution is reasonable close to the actual distribution;and the thermal load and thermal stress of the cylinder liner and the body are in a reasonable range.
