Mechanical system is a complex system which consists of several parts through static and dynamic interface.Therefore,dynamic characteristics of the static and dynamic interface can have an important impact on the system dynamic characteristics.So far,people have studied the characteristics of motion pair.However,there has not formed the comprehensive theory for the study of surface of the fixed joint.Therefore,based on the model test,this paper makes a preliminary study on the identification of the dynamic parameters of the fixed combination of mechanical systems.The main results are as follows:(1)By the means of spring-damping unit method,A test model of fixed joint surface is constructed based on the cantilever beam structure.(2)With the assistance of LMS modal test system,we get the modal frequency and damping atio of the systeam,the dynamic parameters of machine joint surface is determined.Research on the change of the surface roughness and connection preload of the components influent on the stiffness and damping coefficient are verified by experiments.(3)With the method of constructing models of cantilever beam structure considering and without considering the effect of joint surface,we complete the finite element modal analysis and compare the results of analysis and experiments.The result of the experients demonstrat the feasibility of experimental modal identification method.(4)Through the optimization design of an existential tool fixed combination of low noise surface drilling equipment hole diameter and depth,the optimized structure of the tool is closer to the job requirements.In this paper,through the investigation of identified the dynamic parameters of machine joint surface,we identify the dynamic parameters of joint surface,and complete the optimization of a cutter structure.
