In recent years,China has invested heavily in highway,water transportation and other infrastructure construction,relevant industries have developed rapidly and consistently.The design theory and method of bridge structure are more and more progressive than in the past.so there are many uncertain factors affecting the safety of bridge operation.Therefore,in the process of bridge construction,the corresponding model test,structural test,construction monitoring,dynamic and static load test are often used to control the design theory,construction technology and the use of new bridge building materials,in order to check whether the working status of the bridge meets the requirements of specifications.This paper takes Guanggu No.3 interchange project across Shanghai to Chongqing Expressway as the research object.The main research contents include the following aspects:Firstly,this paper reviews the history of Bridge Development and some major bridge safety accidents in modern times,The development and application of bridge detection technology at home and abroad are analyzed comprehensively,the stress characteristics of beam-bridge structure and the basic theory and test purpose of load test are summarized briefly.The importance and necessity of bridge load test for bridge condition evaluation are explained.Then,through the analysis of Engineering examples,It is found that there is a certain error between the calculated value and the measured value of static load test strain and deflection,and the causes of the errors are analyzed and the accuracy of the finite element model established by the load test is insufficient.Therefore,some necessary parameters of the finite element calculation model are refined to a certain extent,so as to reflect the actual stress of the bridge structure better.Finally,combined with the design and construction data,the haunch in the finite element model are selected for fine processing and comparative analysis.It is shown that the effect of haunch on the structure and the effect of not taking the area and section form changing on the bearing force of the bridge structure into account.Some references and references are provided for the selection and analysis of data and the simplification of boundary conditions in the later finite element modeling of load test.
