RV reducer which is a kind of reducer series of high precision,large transmission ratio,good rigidity and high bearing capacity,is certain to carry weight in the field of high-precision transmission.The development of RV reducer is restricted mainly because of the results of cycloid gear wheel modification and machining accuracy is not able to meet the actual demand.As the key part of the RV reducer,the cycloid gear wheel,whose tooth profile modification has been a great breakthrough for the improvement of processing technology and the rapid development of CAD/CAM technology.However,due to the method of current cycloid gear profile modification is not unified and no appropriate checking calculation is taken,the RV reducer is still not satisfactory.Therefore,in this dissertation,a series of research and analysis are carried out on the tooth profile modification through the analysis of the principle of the gear tooth profile:1.The forming principle of cycloid tooth profile is analyzed,the reason for the tooth profile modification and modification methods are analyzed,the comprehensive modification of tooth profile equation is deduced through the analysis of tooth form,The high precision and high bearing capacity mathematical model modification are established to meet different modification target needs;2.Achieving analysis of the machining error principle,the resulting mathematical model of machining error is deduced of machine tool and work piece itself from the wheel.A comprehensive model of the machining error is established and a comprehensive profile modification amount for method based on the machining error and the selection for the actual oil film clearance is set up too.The calculating method for angle modification quantity based on the machining error which is more fit with the actual production needs is derived to facilitate the development of RV reducer;3.The calculation method of tooth profile modification of RV reducer is established,the calculation method of modification accuracy through equidistant offset is achieved and various combinations of dressing precision analysis is achieved.The judgment method of profile modification is derived after the engagement the number of teeth through the analysis of the tooth profile of the initial clearance,and initial deformation analysis is taken.With the analysis of the actual maximum mesh deformation based on the established maximum contact force calculation model,using Hertz contact theory.The simplified model of RV reducer and the method of operation and constraint is established with ADAMS software;4.The research method of RV reducer in reverse engineering is established,the dissertation mainly analyzed the actual tooth profile based on the method of coordinate transformation and numerical fitting method.the first generation machine is designed and manufactured,and analysis was carried out to find the causes of problems through assembling and running.As for the second generation,high precision modification and high load modification was carried to generate the actual tooth profile,accuracy and bearing capacity of tooth profile was checked,and the movement and strength for reducer was also checked by ADAMS software and ANSYS software to verify the correctness of modification of mathematical model.Finally,the design of cycloid gear,the profile modification system and the checking system were designed for the parametric design for RV reducer.
