Dredging industry has been play an important role in waterway transportation,port construction,ocean development and other fields.In recent years,with the development of High-grade inland waterway and the urgent needs of Deep water wharf etc,domestic dredging industry ushered in the great opportunity of the development once again.But at the same time,it puts forward higher requirement to dredging industry,especially the dredging equipment.Because the grab dredger has the advantages of large mining depth and high precision,it is bound to become the important dredging equipment in the future dredging engineering.So the related researches of dredging grab have important significance for improving the design level of dredging grab.The research concentrates mainly on the change of the digging resistance and the hydraulic oil cylinder thrust in mining process.Based on the informed theory about the digging resistance,further perfects the calculation of the thrust resistance in the process of the dredging mining.Converting the resistance to the function of time,to get the change of the digging resistance and the hydraulic oil cylinder thrust.The finite-simulation-analysis of digging process is completed by using CEL method.At the same time,to make an study on the influence of different factor on the digging resistance.The mainly content of this paper have the following several aspects:(1)To introduce the relevance theory of plastic limit analysis;To establish reasonable dredging mechanics model in the process of mining;To derive the calculation formula of the pushing resistance based on the plastic limit analysis and the virtual power principle.(2)Take the left grab bucket,to get the change of relevant parameters with time through the dynamic simulation by Adams;To introduce the calculation formula of the cut-into resistance of the horizontal blade,the cut-into resistance of the side plate and the pushing resistance of basal plate;To get the calculation formula of the hydraulic oil cylinder thrust based on principal of moment balance,and convert the resistance to the function of time.At the same time,to draw and analyze the curves along with time.(3)To introduce the principal of CEL(Coupling Euler Lagrange)method.Established reasonable simulation model,to complete the simulation of the mining process and to get the curve of the digging resistance and the digging resistance torque along with time.To analyze the changes of the digging resistance based on the dynamic of the soil in the simulation model;At last,to compare theoretical data with simulation value of the digging resistance and the hydraulic oil cylinder thrust.(4)To make an study on the influence of the soil physical properties and the grab mining state in the digging process based on CEL method;To make a simulation about the influence of working depth and soil stress field on the digging resistance.
