With the development of the port in our country,the large port hoisting and conveying machinery is one of the most important equipments in the logistics industry.Whether in the world or in China coastal areas,wind is always one of the major causes of port crane damage.Typhoon disaster frequently occurs in our country.From June to September each year,it is a high season of disasters.There is a sudden gust of wind on the coast,which results in the damage of heavy lifting equipment and the occurrence of casualties.Many of the existing port cranes in service can no longer meet the requirements of windproof safety.In order to guarantee the safety of port crane windproof,fully understand the performance of typhoon wind safety mechanism and crane,it is crucial to develop a practical and feasible method for evaluating wind break performances of large port crane.This dissertation effectively integrates practical investigation,theoretical research with experimental technology.Based on finite analysis,artificial intelligence algorithm and VC + + platform,it can evaluate the windproof capacity of the crane effectively.The main work and innovation of this paper include:(1)To analyze the case of the crane disaster under the windstorm in recent years,and then sum up the reason of the disaster,and understand how to analyze it.(2)To develop the windproof safety testing equipment for this research.The equipment includes hydraulic drive,electrical control,mechanical device.The mechanical device can be adjusted in different types of cranes based on the height of the crane.(3)To use the traditional fuzzy hierarchical algorithm and artificial neural network algorithm to evaluate the safety of the portal crane.The excellent data of the traditional fuzzy hierarchical algorithm are also studied in the artificial neural model.The learning model can automatically adjust weights and perform wind defense evaluation Then according to the practice principle of the crane safety evaluation,the transfer function of the neural network algorithm is improved to make the new neural network model more accurate.(4)To develop the windproof safety system of the crane.The system integrates three modules,including the stress cloud library module,the wind power calculation module,the windproof safety evaluation module.The windproof safety assessment module is divided into traditional algorithm module and artificial intelligence evaluation module.The module can share and exchange the database between traditional algorithms and intelligent algorithms.After accumulating certain cases by using the traditional evaluation method,the system can learn the method by itself.At that time the artificial neural network intelligent assessment system can be used.The research results of this paper will improve the windproof safety assessment method of the crane,and it also have some degree of reference significance and practical application value.
