| Nonlinear architecture is a new type of building developed in the past 30 years.Its biggest feature is the retaining structure with complex curved surface.Due to the outstanding visual effects of such buildings,many architects,owners and the community have been sought after.But at present,when using traditional materials to construct the retaining structure with complex curved surface,there are many problems,such as the difficulty of production,the difficulty of construction and high cost,which limit the development of nonlinear architecture.FRP sandwich panel is a new type of building material,because of its good abilities,such as molding process,mechanical properties,environmental resistance and thermal insulation;it is considered to be an ideal building material for retaining structures with complex curved surface.However,at present,the researches on FRP curved sandwich panels for retaining structures is relatively few,so it can not support the applications of FRP curved sandwich panel on retaining structures with complex curved surface.Therefore,this paper will study the key technologies of FRP surface sandwich panel in retaining structure.At present,the relative research of FRP curved sandwich panel technology is incomplete,and there are not enough relevant design standards,production standards and acceptance standards.In order to promote the engineering application of FRP curved sandwich panel technology,this paper firstly summarizes the application forms,practical cases and main problems of FRP curved sandwich panel by collect a large number of domestic and foreign engineering and technical literature about FRP curved sandwich panel technology.Then,by analysing the practical cases,relative research work has been completed in four parts,here are the conclusions:(1)design processes of FRP curved sandwich structures have been built,including structural design,material selection,mechanical optimization,connection design and complete production,which have been demonstrated by actual engineering applications.(2)supporting structures of FRP curved sandwich panels have been proposed and designed,including supporting suspension structures with five adjustable freedom degree and steel trusses,which have the advantages of construction convenience and precise location.Good effects have been got in engineer ing applications.(3)as for the productions of large FRP curved sandwich panels,series of production technologies have been proposed and demonstrated in actual productions,which result in great economic benefit.(4)as for the manufacture processes of FRP curved sandwich panels,the quality managing mode has been proposed.Considering the actual applications,the quality supervision outline and quality control program have also been completed,which solve the problems of lacking production standards and acceptance standards in application.All in all,this paper will research the design method,support system design method,production process,inspection methods,and construction methods of FRP surface sandwich technology,in order to promote the engineering application of FRP surface sandwich panel technology. |
