As emission regulations in automobile field become stricter and stricter over the world,in addition with the increasing fuel price,most industrialized countries have reached a common agreement that cars in the future should have lower carbon dioxide emissions and energy consumption.These requirements can be achieved by the approach of the electrification,On the basis of conventional powertrain systems.According to the future direction,pure electric vehicles undoubtedly have more potential development because it can reduce the fuel consumption,and in a way that it is said to be a kind of cleaning energy resources with zero emission.But there are lots technical and safety risks in high voltage systems,and the new added components are very expensive,so,the 48 V Mild Hybrid system can avoid such issues,48 V mild hybrid system is popular during many companies and it is considered to be one simple and efficient solution.Risk is intangible and abstract in engineering projects,it's challengeable to manage these risks.In order to develop a relative comprehensive and scientific risk management system,we have to deepen our understanding of risk management theories and practice in actual projects.Risk management is an active control method,it can help us to achieve the project objectives,risk identification and risk quantification are foundation of risk management.This paper elaborates on the identification,analysis,evaluation and control of risks in the example project,Taking C company's 48 V Mild Hybrid project,the risk in the project is analyzed in detail,and the risks are quantitatively evaluated.The preliminary risk aversion strategy is proposed and the risk weight is quantified by using the analytic hierarchy process.The analysis,based on the analysis conclusions,helps the management select a 48 V ISG as a technical feasibility plan to meet the average fuel consumption target of the new vehicle in 2020,and can follow the risk ranking as a reference input and carry out the corresponding risk response strategy Research.
