With the development of power semiconductors,power converter has been widely used in industry.Aeronautical static inverter is of high power density and efficiency.In order to meet the need of enterprise,this paper develops a 150 W 28VDC/36 V 400Hz three-phase inverter,and studies electromagnetic interference problems accompanied by the power converters particularly.Firstly,the background of research is introduced.The current domestic and foreign research of EMI is introduced.The second chapter analyzes the design objective and selects the two-stage structure.Two-switch flyback is chosen as the topology of first stage and three-phase half-bridge inverter is chosen as the second stage.A brief introduction to the working principle of two stages and a detailed design process of two stages are presented respectively.The third chapter studies the conducted EMI of three-phase inverter.Models of capacitor and inductor in high frequency are established.Common mode EMI models of single-switch flyback and double-switch flyback are built.The characteristics of the common mode EMI spectrum of single-phase full-bridge inverter are analyzed in the unipolar modulation,bipolar modulation and unipolar frequency-doubling modulation.The corresponding simulation is carried out for the validation.Finally the EMI filter design steps are given,and EMI filter is designed to meet the standard.
