The test of cockpit thermal load is needed in the design of the aircraft environmental control system.The problems that need to be solved in the construction of cockpit thermal load test platform are studied in this essay,including the calculation of the internal cabin thermal load and the experimental way to simulate the external thermal environment of cabin.In order to calculate the thermal load of the cockpit,the structure of a specific type of aircraft was divided into different unit,the thermal load of the cockpit were classified into various groups and mathematical models of thermal load were established separately,The means of modularization was adopted in the calculation of cabin thermal load at different flight condition,including flying state in hot weather and ground-based state in cold weather,which provide a guidance for designing cockpit thermal load experimental bench.Every subroutine used in this entire system was designed for different function and was called together according to a control flow chart.All these codes were written by Fortran.A new parallel jet experimental method was put forward in this essay for designing the cockpit thermal load test platform which needs a jet distributor that can produce uniform jet.The structural parameters of this distributor were calculated by using the theory of jet superposition and the design principle of the uniform air supply pipeline.Experiments were conducted to verify the feasibility of this newly designed distributor under nine different experimental conditions with total mass flow of 760kg/h,970kg/h and 1170kg/h and temperature of 60?,80? and 100?.The experimental data were tested by homogeneity analysis and heat transfer analysis,it was found that the designed jet experimental platform can meet the requirements of cockpit thermal load test.The method proposed in this essay provides guidance for the design of the jet cabin thermal load test platform.
