With the rapid development of civil aviation in China,the air traffic volume continues to increase vigorously.Most of the cities with heavy air traffic,such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Chengdu,tend to be saturated,and they have built or plan to build the second airport,forming a multi-airport pattern.Adjacent airports in the same terminal control area have a strong dependency and conditionality on each other.The resources that highly shared by multiple airports,such as airspace,segments,specific waypoints and so on,become the bottleneck of the airspace system.It is easy to bring about,which is obvious,the limitation of the overall capacity of the region.In consequence,it is urgent to implement scientific air traffic flow management to solve the problem of multi-airport operation in the region.Flight schedule is one of the most important basic data for flight delay governance and air traffic flow management.Taking Shanghai,the only multi-airport city in China as an example,to explore the optimization method of flight schedule,this topic has great theoretical significance and potential application value.This paper focuses on the Shanghai terminal area,first elaborates the relevant research results of domestic and foreign flight schedule optimization,and discusses the shortcomings in the study of flight schedule allocation in China.Then taking the Hongqiao Airport and the Pudong Airport as examples,based on historical data,this paper studies the coupling of flight operations between the two airports,as well as the operating characteristics in the sectors of Shanghai terminal area.The irrationality of the flight schedule in two airports has also been analyzed.Afterwards,a flight schedule optimization method based on actual operational requirements and terminal area corridors is proposed,and a Hungarian algorithm is designed to solve the problem.This method also gives consideration to both plan adjustment costs and actual operation costs,which can effectively reduce the overall flight delay and reduce the overcapacity operation.At the same time,through the sensitivity analysis of the key parameters,it has obtained the laws between the airport capacity setting,the schedule adjustment and delay.Finally,considering the impact of extreme conditions such as bad weather have on the actual capacity of the airport,and how to scientifically determine the capacity of coordinating airports,this paper introduces the concept of scene to explore the robustness optimization of flight schedule,and uses the Tabu search algorithm to solve it.The validity of the method is verified by a practical example,which can resist the disturbance caused by the uncertain capacity.
