With the continuous increase of wind power installed capacity and the gradual improvement of wind power capacity,it is becoming more and more important to increase the construction of wind power to cope with the global energy crisis and climate warming.China's wind power is mostly distributed in North China,Northwest China and Northeast China.Every year,large-scale wind power is put into operation.Among them,Jilin Province has abundant wind energy resources,which is one of the nine million-kilowatt wind farms in China.However,with the continuous upgrading of wind power technology,the State Grid has put forward more stringent requirements for the construction and renovation of wind farms around the country.The construction of wind farms must be kept up to date.And while increasing the utilization rate of wind energy,we must ensure coordinated development with the power grid.Thus it is of great practical significance to propose a power plant construction plan considering the specialty of wind turbines.This thesis conducts in-depth research and design for Da'an Zhongguang Nuclear Anguang Wind Farm and its electrical system.Firstly,the basis of the analysis of the geographical environment of the broad nuclear wind farm in Da'an and the status of the power grid in the pine and white area,the wind resources of the middle and wide nuclear wind farms in Da'an are analyzed.The comparative analysis and selection of three advanced MW grade wind turbines at present are made,and the wind farm is constructed using a 1.5MW doubly-fed wind turbine as the basic unit and its distributed installation has been optimized.In addition,the annual generation capacity is predicted by the WAsP software.Secondly,the similarities and differences between wind farms and traditional thermal power plants are compared.It is pointed out that wind farms have their own special characteristics,such as low voltage level,small capacity,weak inertial support capacity,and absorption of reactive power.They are supposed to be considered in the construction of the wind farm.According to the principles and steps of the electrical system designed for the wind farm,the main wiring of the wind power generating set,the field area power grid and the 220 kV booster station are designed respectively.They mainly include high and low rated voltage selection of substation,collection line configuration and protection device setting.Thirdly,for the short-circuit current calculation of the system after wind power access,the steps of short-circuit calculation are introduced and the examples and calculation results are given.The low-voltage ride-through capability required for wind turbines in the system fault scenario is introduced.The combination of theory and simulation is adopted to analyze the transient stability of the system in the grid-connected and off-network scenarios.Fourthly,the main transformer and the 220 kV electric are completed.The 35 kV electrical equipment and other main equipment selection work are discussed.Furthermore,the overvoltage protection of the wind farm field,the overvoltage protection of the booster station,and the grounding system are discussed in detail.The station lighting,plant power and uninterruptible power supply equipment essential for the operation of the wind farm are introduced.In view of the problem that the output voltage is too low due to the reactive power of the wind power absorption system,the data of reactive power compensation are calculated and the type of reactive power compensation device to be equipped for the wind farm is selected.Aiming at the decoupling between rotor speed and system frequency of wind farm,it is proposed to use virtual inertial control to perform system frequency response to adjust its output power to achieve system power balance.The power plant construction plan mentioned in this paper comprehensively considers the characteristics of wind farm construction and actual engineering conditions,and carries out some upgrades and transformations on the basis of current wind farm construction,which can provide guidance and reference for researchers engaged in wind farm design.
