Design And Improvement Research On Door Blocked Parts Of New Kind Of Cross Refrigerator

Modern appliances are developing towards diversification and personalization and already transform from meeting the function of requirements to user experience.The trend of high-end has become intelligent and products competition has become more and more fierce.Modern home appliances enterprises increase investment in the product design development,and explore advanced design methods to ensure the development of the enterprise.CAD/CAE has been widely accepted and used by more enterprises.New type crossing-doors refrigerators mainly have ultra-wide/big space in Europe type style,and break through the existing space limitation of refrigeration compartment.The space of refrigerators with ultra-wide storage is the twice to the traditional side-by-side combination refrigerator.While increasing product using volume,the occupied space is not increased.As one of the important parts for cross space layout,refrigerator door stop parts play an important role in sealing,preventing condensation and locking.In this paper,it analyzed the key component—door blocked parts,used DFMEA to analyze key elements,and modeled by Pro/Engineer and carried out the feasibility with its simulation assembly and motion simulation module for torsion spring and rotating mechanism.It verified design safety and reliability through analysis of ANSYS statics/thermodynamic analysis,multivariate coupling,and output optimization design through the sensitivity analysis.Based on the case,this paper expounded the application of CAD/CAE in product development and showed its important role for the reliability design and safety design.CAD/CAE has already become the main research and plays an important role in product design,shortening the development cycle,reducing development costs and improving product reliability and security.With the arrival of globalization,our enterprises have enough ability to innovate in new product research and development to ensure the survival in market competition.Reasonable use of CAD/CAE technology will accelerate research and development,improve product quality and input-output ratio,and enhance the innovation and competitiveness of their products.
