As the problems of energy and environment become increasingly prominent,how to ensure the sufficient,efficient and stable energy supply for human life and production activities is the common concern of human society.The integrated energy system integrates all kinds of energy supply networks into an organic whole from the whole social perspective.And the integrated energy system can coordinate the energy supply network within the system to form a safe and efficient energy supply network for the whole society.It provides a new way to solve the problem of energy and environment.In this paper,combined with the actual needs of the district integrated energy system planning,to solve the drawbacks of the traditional planning method of district integrated energy system based on the maximum load,considering the load characteristics,equipment characteristics and network characteristics of the district integrated energy system,the total supply capacity calculation method and evaluation index of district integrated energy system were studied.(1).Based on scenario analysis theory,an evaluation index system is proposed for total supply capability considering the coupling characteristics of load and multi-energy coupling characteristics.(2).Considering all kinds of safety constraints of power,heat and gas system,the total supply capacity model of district integrated energy system is established with the goal of maximum load growth.The total supply ability method based on repeated flow method and particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.(3).Based on the actual historical load data,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by taking the combined heat and power generation district integrated energy system as the research object.Through the calculation and analysis of the evaluation index of total supply capacity,it shows that the method proposed in this paper can further explore the weakness of energy supply and provide the basis for the improvement of the planning scheme.
