The Development Of High Pressure Sealing Separation Electrical Connector

The high pressure sealing separation electrical connector is the key signal devices to help implement connection and separating between aircrafts' electronic equipment and the ground electronic equipment.This paper systematically studied the key technology of the high pressure sealing separation electrical connector according to the work environment and application characteristics of separation electric connector,creativity developing a new high pressure sealing separation electrical connector product which could work in a specific environment.1.This article according to the performance indicators and requirements of the high pressure sealing separation electrical connector.The overall structure of water-proof shield,high-pressure seal,socket short-circuit-proof,reliable plug-in and unlock,and air-pressure balance structure are established.2.The key technologies such as waterproof shielding technology,high pressure sealing technology,socket short-circuit prevention technology,reliable plugging and unlocking technology and air pressure balance technology are designed.3.ABAQUS simulation software is used to analyze and optimize the sealing performance of high voltage sealing separation connector.4.Based on the design scheme,key technologies and simulation results,the prototype of the electrical connector suitable for the high pressure sealing separation was developed,and the conventional project and air pressure seal test were completed.The high pressure sealing separation electrical connectors developed in this paper can't only meet the overall technical requirements,but also can be widely used in other occasions such as ships,weapons,aviation,etc.,and have significant economic and social benefits.
