The proportion of total social logistics costs in the GDP of China has remained high for decades.Compared with the level of development in America and other countries,China's comprehensive transportation system still has a large gap in service quality and efficiency.The steady and healthy development of the country's economy requires an advanced and efficient transportation system.The promotion and development of the drop-and-pull mode of transport is undoubtedly under the best time.With four batches of drop-and-pull transportation pilot project of national level have been carried out in the provinces across the country in the past few years,the drop-and-pull transportation in our country has made a certain development,but also exposed some problems hinder its further improvement.Among them,with the expansion of the scale of drop-and-pull transportation,the process of operation management has become more complicated,and new requirements have been put forward for the study of optimization of the process.This paper analyzes domestic and foreign literature on the issues of drop-and-pull transportation,sorting out the research direction of the drop-and-pull transportation,as well as its characteristics,organization modes,and applicable conditions.This article intends to study the problem of drop-and-pull transportation scheduling which can be summarized as a set partitioning problem--classical combination optimization problem.A model of heavy-hanging container drop-and-pull transportation scheduling between logistics centers among urban agglomeration is established.By summarizing the basic strategy of a new kind of bionic algorithm-Cockroach Swarm Algorithm,as well as its implementation process and the successful application of optimization problems in many fields,combining with Genetic Algorithm's several genetic operators,a hybrid algorithm was designed to solve the model.By solving the examples given in the chapter four,the effectiveness of the algorithm designed in this paper is verified.When a series of examples with different scales are solved by the proposed algorithm,the stability ofthe algorithm is verified by comparing its performance with the basic Cockroach Swarm Algorithm and the Genetic Algorithm.The scheduling solution obtained by the algorithm can be used as a reference when transportation companies is carrying out actual transport resource scheduling.Yet the single-target design and lack of discussion of empty container and trailer scheduling provide space for further research and supplement.
