With the advent of the era of product customization,how to provide effective scheduling support for workshop production under limited resources to achieve timely delivery and improve customer satisfaction has becomed the core problem to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The production path of Flexible Job-shop is flexible,it can effectively meet the production requirements of multiple varieties and small batches.Therefore,it becomes the workshop mode with more application.However,because the scheduling of such workshops involves multiple objects,conflicting schedules and complex production environments,the effective implementation of scheduling is difficult.Therefore,in order to solve the uncertain disturbance occurred recovered flexible job-shop scheduling problem,the study of flexible job shop multi-objective scheduling based on the research of interference management,behavior management was carried out.The work mainly includes the following parts:(1)This paper probes into the problem of flexible job shop scheduling and uncertainty in process,and The research framework of interference management was proposed.The behavioral factors in scheduling are analyzed and the value preference of the subject is evaluated.On the basis of this research,a research framework of multi-objective dynamic scheduling for flexible job shop with uncertain events was proposed.(2)For the initial scheduling failure of Flexible Job-shop caused by the complex and dynamic environment,interference management strategy was introduced,Based on the subordinate relation of the behavior value,the multi-objective dynamic scheduling model of flexible operation workshop with initial scheduling target and disturbance recovery target is established.(3)For high dimensional target optimization algorithm convergence and diversity of balance problems,this paper put forward the uniform distribution of reference point to double cluster and The sorting method based on the priority sorting of angles.A constraint mechanism was set up to deal with constraints in the model.(4)The convergence,diversity and efficiency of the algorithm are tested by constructing test set and data set.In this paper,we select a refrigerator manufacturing enterprise and use MATLAB to solve the model,and verify the multi-objective dynamic scheduling model and the effectiveness of the optimization algorithm.In this paper,we study is the production scheduling,behavior management in the research field of the two fusion,difficulty and a focus for the flexible job shop scheduling problem has carried on the exploration,innovation can provide some decision support for practical workshop scheduling.
