Facing the increasingly competitive market situation,enterprises can only improve and optimize project management methods,properly arrange project schedules,optimize project implementation paths,optimize product design plans,improve material supply,and other management and technological innovation methods,strengthen and improve project cost management,to play their own cost advantage,in order to continue to adapt to the needs of market development and win an invincible position in the competitive market,to obtain market opportunities,to create greater benefits for enterprisesProject cost management is one of the three core elements of project management.Its main purpose is to ensure that the project is within the specified period by planning,budgeting,process cost statistics,analysis and control of the project's various costs.Completion within the approved budget and meeting the expected project operating efficiency objectives,the quality of project cost management will play a very important role in the success of the project,and is also crucial for a construction company.This paper studies the cost management of A-line subway platform screen door system project of TEG company.Firstly,it elaborates the theory and research results of project cost management at home and abroad,and then analyzes the project characteristics and cost management characteristics of the subway platform screen door system.The main problems of cost management and cost overrun of the subway platform screen door project are mainly due to the non-standard project management,unclear project cost budget,unrelated analysis and integrated control of project actual cost and progress,lack of project cost assessment mechanism,and not strong cost control awareness,etc.Based on the analysis of problems,the cost management improvement plan of the subway platform screen door system project is proposed,by improving the project budget control process,by implementing the project cost target management,by establishing the earned value management mechanism based on the critical path,by identifying the problems and risks for the cost control of the project,to promote the measures taken by the project,and implement the integrated control of the whole process cost and schedule of the project,so that the cost management of A-line subway platform screen door system project can achieve the expected effect,verify and form a systematic and effective cost management system for subway platform doors and other projects,provide project cost management reference for other similar projectsBased on the deep analysis of the project and its cost management characteristics,this paper formulates a set of systematic and effective cost management system of subway platform door and similar project,taking the key path earned value management method of integrated schedule and cost control as the control means,the project cost systematically controlled and the whole process controlled,which can provide reference and reference for other similar projects.
