With the rapid development of social economy in our country,the scale of cities is expanding day by day and the number of motor vehicles is increasing rapidly.Urban traffic problems are becoming more and more serious,which puts forward higher requirements for urban intelligent transportation system.Real-time and accurate traffic information acquisition is the cornerstone of intelligent transportation system.It is the premise and key to realize traffic optimization and control,traffic guidance and management by obtaining dynamic traffic information on the road network in time,accurately grasping and short-term prediction of the traffic status of the road network.Based on the current mainstream technology and development trend in the field of video detection,a video vehicle detection integrated machine based on embedded technology is developed in this paper.The video vehicle detection integrated machine can realize on-line detection of vehicle existence,speed,flow,queue length and other traffic parameters.It can meet the relevant requirements of Complex Adaptive Coordinated Control Algorithm by matching with traffic signal control equipment.Practical application and authoritative detection report show that the video vehicle detection product has high accuracy,stable performance and has the value of promotion.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad,choose a suitable high-definition network IP camera as a hardware carrier.Referring to and researching the successful experience of the mainstream video camera products of the domestic security product manufacturers,we adopt the chips suited for our own product development and sales in the mainstream video processing chips.2.According to the actual construction of traffic monitoring equipment at the intersection,the imaging lens and the installation of mechanical structures are taken into account,and the appropriate location of the intersection is selected and the scene matching the size of the object(vehicle)is extracted.3.Design the architecture,hardware and software logic,business process and communication protocol of the video vehicle detector product with the final product as the output goal.The product has the complete product features such as authorized use,video detection,running log and so on.4.The research of video vehicle detection algorithm focuses on video traffic detection algorithm,video queue length detection algorithm.Through 24-hour on-the-spot operation test,the algorithm of background difference and frame difference can have more accurate detection accuracy,and meet the requirements of single point adaptive control algorithm,trunk Adaptive Coordinated Control Algorithm and regional adaptive coordinated control algorithm of the company's intelligent traffic signal control system.Finally,it requires product instantiation to pass the test report of related products of the Ministry of public security.
