In the air conditioning system,Hydraulic balance is very important to delivery energy for water circulation system.A good design and installation with water of hydraulic balance system can be a reasonable distribution of flow rate and the capacity of the corresponding.It is not only the basic of air conditioning system and energy-saving control system for good function,but also the basis of meeting the demand of users and saving energy.With the expansion of the scale of project and project construction complexity increases,the matching of large central air conditioning system also get rapid development,capacity expansion,followed by an increase in need to supply energy.Central air conditioning system energy consumption of the public building energy consumption is 30 ~ 80%.The central air conditioning system generally includes cold machine,water pump,cooling tower and other equipment.These devices is the main energy consumption of air conditioning system part,which accounts for the energy consumption of air conditioning system about 40 ~ 70%.The chilled water system is undertaked to take the refrigerating capacity to function in all parts of the building according to the needs of the users.The working conditions will directly affect the operation of air conditioning host also affect the user's comfort.The hydraulic characteristics calculation of chilled water system network is necessary to study the optimal operation conditions.Most of the time a chilled water system under partial load operation condition.Considering the characteristics of using time in different areas and pipe system and valves in hydraulic disorder caused by aging,is particularly important to research hydraulic characteristics of the chilled water system pipe network in all cases.This article through to design a simple topological structure of reverse-return chilled water system,a direct-return and a Multi loop chilled water system which based on fully taking into account the regulating characteristics of terminal branch temperature.Create a calculation model and through the calculation method of virtual flow to reverse reasoning the flow of mutual influence between each branch?the opening of regulating valve by terminal branch flow and the hydraulic balance between each branch.Achieved to simulate the network hydraulic characteristics by simple calculation form.For the study of different process and resistance of water system pipe network to provide the reference.The hydraulic characteristics of central air-conditioning chilled water system is just one of the pipe network of most variable factors.It is very important to analysis the Network economy,that to be discuss the adaptability of different network which has guiding significance,however,the traditional analysis method has many variables and discreted.This chapter established the annual energy consumption model and random walking gait in order to analysis of different economic adaptability of the network.Taking a real central air conditioning process water system as the research platform,With the hydraulic analysis for the direct-return process system and reverse-return water system,which concluded that two kinds of pipe in the hydraulic characteristics under different working conditions and network transmission value of energy efficiency,that provided the basis for optimization design of pipeline network of reference,and verify the above mentioned calculation model in the practical engineering application.
