Study On The Analysis Of UMGG’s Financial Diagnosis And Evaluation

UMGG is the leading enterprise in domestic stone industry,In recent years,benefited from China’s urbanization process speed up,and the whole social fixed assets investment growth,the level of stone material consumption is gradually improving,and the sales income is increasing.But since 2013,influenced by the slowing macroeconomic growth,the whole society fixed assets investment growth and the national real estate development investment growth is slowing,according to the national bureau of statistics data released by the year 2012 to 2014,the national real estate development investment growth 20.5%,19.8% and 13.7% respectively,investment growth is a significant decline.From 2012 to 2014,UMGG engineering business gross margin fell from 40.84% to 28.45%.Data showed that UMGG performance is declining,it is necessary to analyze the UMGG financial.Under the background of the real estate market downturn,conducting the UMGG financial diagnosis,improving the quality of corporate finance and facing with the market risk,have a great significance to keep UMGG competitiveness.This article selects UMGG as the research object,using the harvard analysis framework,operating the overall analysis of UMGG’s financial position.This article first introduces the basic situation of UMGG,then use UMGG strategic analysis as the breakthrough point,conducting five model analysis and SWOT analysis of UMGG,clearing enterprise’s strategic choice.Then operate accounting analysis and financial analysis.Financial analysis is the focus of this article,from the angle of the longitudinal and transverse,financial analysis is divided into debt paying ability,profit ability,operating ability and growth ability analysis this four aspects,analyzing the enterprise management status,operating results and the problems.Then we use factor analysis in horizontal analysis on comparative analysis of the industry.Finally,the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and comprehensive evaluation on the financial situation of UMGG,combined with the strategy analysis,accounting analysis and financial analysis,predicting the prospect of UMGG and in view of the problems arising from the UMGG financial diagnosis,we put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.
