| The research contents of this thesis belong to aero-engine fixture design and manufacture.High thrust-weight ratio is the ultimate goal to research of aero-engine performance.However,there are many factors that affect the thrust-weight ratio of aero-engine.The object of this paper is clearance of stator-vane edge plate after assembled what is one of the factors.Firstly,this paper reviews the research status at home and abroad,and some scholars in China have demonstrated thatclearance of the stator-vane edgeplate has an impact on the performance of the engine,but this effect has not been reflected in the design and manufacturing process of the aero-engine.Design and process for the first time to put forward a clear requirement on this issue,so this paper research to design a measuring fixtures to assist the stator-vane assembly.After defining what functions the device needs to achieve,and through argument the transmission device,measurement methods,the accuracy and stability of force transmission are reasonable,this paper finally makes sure the structure of the measuring fixture.Afterthe overall design of the device is completed,this paper carries on finite element analysis of the parts to judge strength and rigidity,and calculates the strength of the key components of the fixture to ensure the reliability of the fixture.After a series of analysis and demonstration,completing the detailed design and later manufacture.Finally,getting practical application in the field,and the reaction is good,and especially being incorporated into the process.In this paper,through providingaccurate and stable external force conditions for stator-vane in the preliminary assembly process,solving the bottleneck problem of controlling clearance of stator-vane edge plate.The research results of this paper provide a certain basis and can be popularized and applied in solving this kind ofproblems. |
