With the expansion of wind power grid scale,peaking capacity of existing conventional units has been unable to meet peak demand system,peak pressure is more and more big,frequently abandoned wind phenomena and conventional unit commitment seriously affect the stability and economy of power system.With the decrease of battery energy storage technology development and cost,more and more institutions,units and departments to increase the production of power battery energy storage in power system including wind load research,application development and demonstration of construction work.Combined with the national Dalian energy peak power plant demonstration projects,to participate in the battery energy storage and optimization of wind power system with load scheduling.The change and the wind power output fluctuation load tracking system,control the charging and discharging of the battery energy storage system.The battery energy storage system of energy storage and release,change the uncertain output characteristics of wind power,wind power to reduce the impact on the system,cut the peak load,the system can maximize the acceptance of wind power,wind power to avoid abandoned wind caused by the waste of resources,improve the economic operation conditions of thermal power units,improve the system overall.Full stability and economic operation level.Based on the analysis of the influence of wind power output characteristics and wind power randomness on the system,this paper establishes an optimal dispatching model of battery energy storage participating in peak shaving of wind-containing power system,which takes peak shaving effect as the main objective and takes full account of the whole system,wind power,energy storage system and conventional thermal power units.On the premise of operation constraints,it is determined to control the operation state of energy storage system first,change the influence of wind power output characteristics on the system by changing the charge and discharge of battery energy storage system,and achieve the main goal of battery energy storage participating in peak shaving and peak shaving and valley filling of wind-containing power system;and then optimize load distribution to achieve the goal of wind-containing power system peak shaving and peak shaving and valley filling.Particle swarm optimization(PSO)is used to solve the peak load regulation and optimal dispatching model of wind power system with energy storage.A numerical example is given to compare the effect of battery energy storage on peak shaving in wind-containing power system with that of conventional thermal power units in terms of abandonment of wind,peak shaving capacity of the system and peak-valley difference of daily load after peak shaving.According to the actual situation of Liaoning power grid,the actual effect of connecting battery energy storage power station to Liaoning power grid after its completion is analyzed.Specific data prove that large-scale battery energy storage system participating in peak shaving and optimal dispatching of wind power system is effective for peak shaving of large-scale wind power Grid-connected system.
