Considering the increasingly serious environmental pollution and resource shortage in contemporary society,a significant trend is that countries have invested a lot of energy in the field of new energy such as electric vehicles,and electric vehicles are divided into several different driving motors,and their performance is the key to the whole car system.Compared with the integer slot,the fractional slot concentrated winding has the advantages of shorter winding end,simple wire embedding and low copper consumption.Adding the conditions of the rare earth resources in China,it is of great practical meaning and practical value to study the permanent magnet motor used in the concentrated winding of the electric vehicle.According to the design requirements,a 12 slot 8 pole fractional slot concentrating winding "V" type permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed.The motor has the advantages of good sinusoidal back EMF,small cogging torque and wide speed range,which can meet the requirements of electric vehicle operation.The research work of this article is as follows:First,through the analysis and research of winding theory,a suitable groove pole ratio and winding connection mode are selected.A "V" type rotor structure is proposed,according to the general design method of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,the main parameters of the "V" type permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)are preliminarily determined in the 12 slot 8 pole slot concentrated winding.Then,through the finite element analysis software,the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor are analyzed.By adjusting the structure size and related parameters of the motor,the influence of the permanent magnet position of the "V" built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor on the cogging torque is studied,to optimize the design of motor.Besides,the torque speed characteristic curve of the motor is obtained by the maximum torque/current control method,so as to further study the operation characteristics of the motor.Finally,the experimental analysis of a prototype is made to verify that the permanent magnet motor with fractional slot concentrating winding has the characteristics of good sinusoidal anti EMF and so on.
