With the scale of construction of floor buildings in each city has been expanded,the elevator industry has huge development space.At the same time,because the elevator landing door flatness error is an objective existence and can not be eliminated,it will have an impact on the overall quality,work performance,working life of the elevator,so it is a very necessary work to detect and assess the elevator landing door flatness error.For the traditional elevator landing door flatness detection by manual completion,which will introduce some measurement repeatability error,reducing the corresponding detection accuracy,and because the detected data need to go through complicated and cumbersome processing calculation,so not only time-consuming,invisible also increases the operator's labor intensity.So this subject focuses on the problem mentioned above,to presents the non-contact flatness detection system of elevator landing door,this paper mainly focuses on how to make accurate,efficient,high-precision,convenient operator detection,reasonable improve the time consuming defect of the flatness detection,and improve the level of automation detection of the elevator landing door flatness,to realize humanization of operation,modularization of function and accurate test results,the following aspects are mainly studied:this paper firstly analyzes the method of the traditional elevator landing door detection system,at the same time,after a reasonable study of the features of the subjects,the overall design plan of the flatness detection system is put forward as well as the detailed design and analysis of the mechanical structure,then the hardware design of the detection system based on Industrial PC and PCI board is completed,then the theory of flatness evaluation method is studied and modeled,and this non-contact flatness detection system of elevator landing door is based on LabVIEW,to finish the software designing of this flatness detection system,and the software programming of the evaluation algorithm is finished.Finally,Based on the non-contact flatness detection system platform of elevator landing door,first of all,the accuracy of the system is checked by the high precision laser tracker,the data show that this non-contact flatness detection system of elevator landing door runs stably and meet the demand of the system accuracy index,at the same time,through the repeatability test of the same kind of elevator landing door to verify the stability of the detection results.the experimental results show that the non-contact flatness detection system is feasible,and has the advantages of convenient,fast and efficien for the automatic evaluation of the flatness of elevator landing doors.Through this topic research,we can find that it has an important academic research value and practical meaning for the flatness detection of elevator landing door.
