| With the increase of design theory and construction technology of the bridge,more and more new type of bridge structures are emerging.In recent decades,the self anchored suspension bridge is drawing more and more engineer’s attention with its advantages,as beautiful appearance and strong ability to adapt and so on.The characteristics of the self anchored suspension bridge is the obvious nonlinear behavior of the structure,the serious influence of temperature,wind and other external factors.The construction control is difficult,especially the tensioning hangers of the system transformation is the key and hard point of self anchored suspension bridge construction.At present,there are three kinds of the main analysis of self anchored suspension bridge,elastic theory,deflection theory and nonlinear finite element theory.These theoretical analysis of self anchored suspension bridge are introduced and the limit span of self anchored suspension bridge is deduced in this paper.The construction control technology is one of the difficult points of self anchored suspension bridge construction,and includes theoretical calculation and field monitoring.This paper introduces the construction control of self anchored suspension bridge systematically,including the finished main cable shape,unloaded cable shape calculation,suspender tension scheme exploration and so on.In the construction control process of the system transformation,the structure’s quantity of unstressed state is mainly used to control,and the structure of the bridge is almost close to the design status after twice tension.Building the model of Luoyang development bridge through the Midas civil,and calculating the construction parameters and the state of the various stages of the bridge construction control,and finding the process of tensioning hangers.Effect of temperature on the self anchored suspension bridge is very serious and one of the most important factors in the process of construction control.Through comparing the data of the calculation model on temperature change and actual measurement to analyse the influence of temperature on the main cable of the self anchored suspension bridge.Finally,introducing some problems and difficulties encountered in the actual monitoring process,and hoping to be helpful for other similar engineering projects. |
