With the development of high-voltage transmission,the voltage level of the power system is increasing,and the capacity of the power transformer in the power system increases,which increases the stray loss of the transformer structural parts.Magnetic shielding is usually used to reduce the leakage flux into the structural members,so that the stray loss of the structural member is reduced.The oriented electrical steel is usually used as the transformer magnetic shielding material,which has high permeability and low stray loss characteristics.But the manufacturing process of the oriented electrical steel is complicated and the cost is high.Whether it can use non-oriented electrical steel instead of oriented electrical steel,non-oriented electrical steel also has a high magnetic properties but low cost.It is important to study the electromagnetic properties and shielding effectiveness of a magnetic shield made of non-oriented electrical steel in a leakage magnetic fieldBased on oriented electrical steel 35WW300 and oriented electrical steel B30P105 as research materials.The main contents are as follows:1.Based on international standard IEC 60404,the magnetic properties of electrical steel were measured by the standard Epstein Frame,and compare the magnetic properties of electrical steel in different directions.2.Based on P21~c-M1 and P21-M1 of TEAM Problem 21 Family to start the experimental study on magnetic shielding and magnetic steel.The magnetic flux distribution and loss characteristics of the different magnetic shields in the leakage magnetic field are compared.,and the shielding effects of different magnetic shielding on the permeability steel were studied.3.Considering the nonlinear and anisotropic of electrical steel material,the test model was simulated by 3-D finite element method using electromagnetic simulation software,and rationalized modeling analysis.4.Through experiment verify the validity of the simulation method.
