| With the deepening of research, there is more and more research sites related to "water mist fire",and a large research network has been formed.Water mist with its rapid fire,no pollution, low water consumption, low and medium damage to protected objects of small features, regarded as the main substitute of halon.During the process of water mist oil tank fire,it is found that the phenomenon of obvious flame change, large flame scale and enlargement of Flame Field in the initial stage of water mist release. At present, there are several reasons for the strengthening phenomenon of the water mist: the first is the influence of the water mist on the flame, and the droplet can bring in a lot of air to the fire;secondly, after the liquid is mixed,Azeotropic effect caused by the vapor pressure deviation of the combustion and the impact of Yang Bo on the flame field;Third, the initial water mist applied, water mist and flame generated by flue gas particles such as water gas reaction chemistry Change, increase the solubility of the combustible and thus have an impact on the flame;Fourth, because the mist device mist droplets particles may come into contact with fuel and hit the oil pool, resulting in fuel splash, increasing fuel vaporization rate, thereby enhancing Burning intensity. This paper adopts the design of double pipe water mist system and precipitation type water mist fire extinguishing experiment system, and design a new experimental box,and the research group designed water mist generating device making the necessary improvements. This paper mainly adopts the method of control variables were designed for cold test and hot test, explore the atomization characteristics of water mist fire extinguishing system of atomizing nozzle, using anhydrous ethanol, diesel, gasoline three common fuel for fire extinguishing experiment under different conditions, and the addition of pure two carbon dioxide and water mist extinguishing fire wood fire the experiment, found in limited space of air entrainment for fire disturbance is the main reason of the fire enhancement caused by water mist extinguishing process. |
