| Winter in northern China,the main heating measures are central heating,so the normal operation of the winter heat pipe network for enterprises and people’s daily life is becoming more and more important.Pipeline with the increase in the use of time will be due to aging corrosion,damage to the interface,as well as other mechanical vibration or man-made damage and other reasons,resulting in damage and leakage of the accident.This is not only a waste of water resources,resulting in huge economic losses,but also directly related to the operation and development of the heating industry,more important is to bring a lot of inconvenience to people’s lives.Therefore,how to determine the specific location and influence range of the leakage after the pipeline leak accurately and quickly,has important practical significance to the heating system energy saving and operation security.In this paper,through the numerical test and leakage of buried pipeline is established by using Fluent simulation software for simulation,experimental study and numerical simulation analysis of different insulation damage and leakage,changes in surface temperature field based on thermal infrared imager shooting surface temperature field pictures were analyzed to provide reference and theoretical basis for the ground the pipeline heat dissipation and leakage type.First,this paper studied under different working conditions,through the analysis of testing results of buried pipeline leakage and heat dissipation effect on the soil temperature field around.Then,this paper studies the simulation of leakage process,external insulation layer respectively on the different damage degree and different damage location and the leakage of pipeline under different conditions for 3D modeling of pipe buried pipeline,numerical simulation of heat transfer and leakage process using the Fluent simulation software,simulation results are analyzed and summarized.Based on the above data,and the comparison between the experimental data and simulation data,to verify the reliability of numerical simulation model,and make appropriate amendments to the model,get closer to the actual situation of buried pipeline under the simulation model,the physical parameters and boundary conditions,and summarized on the soil temperature field around the influence and regularity of buried pipeline leakage in heat dissipation and compared with the simulation data of test data.In the end,based on this model of reality in actual engineering simulation,analysis,and simulation data with infrared camera photograph is compared,the significance of the conclusion to determine the distribution of temperature field around the buried pipeline is abnormal,underground pipeline leak detection and provide a theoretical basis for the excavation. |
