To avoid the occurrence of abrupt faults when the mechanical equipment is running,we must monitor the data which can reflect the status of the mechanical equipment.The ways to get the monitoring data are divided into two kinds,which are the wire transmission and the wireless transmission,and because the latter has the incomparable superiority,people pay more and more attention to the research of wireless transmission technology in mechanical condition monitoring.But because the sensor data of the machine condition monitoring system has the characteristics of huge amounts,the real time and reliability of data transmission is not high and the phenomenon of large energy consumption and short life cycle is the problem now mechanical equipment of the wireless monitoring system has to face to.Therefore,from the perspective of the technology of compressing the data of wireless transmission,this paper developed a set of machine condition monitoring oriented intelligent WIFI wireless transmission system.The system can execute the local complex data processing to extract the effective data for wireless transmission,and then upload,show and store the effective data in the PC terminal for the monitoring personnel to do the follow-up observation,record and analysis.This system realized compressing data,so as to improve the real-time performance and reliability of the wireless monitoring system,at the same time,it extended the whole life cycle of the wireless monitoring system.Based on WIFI wireless communication technology,STM32F411 RE hardware platform and QT software platform,this paper designed and developed an intelligent wireless communications system for the mechanical equipment condition monitoring.System overall structure mainly includes three parts: data acquisition part,wireless transmission part and PC monitor part.The first part mainly collects the information of running mechanical equipment.The second part is responsible for extracting the effective data of the sensor data collected in the local data processing unit,and then,through the data wireless transmission unit,sends the valid data to PC terminal,finally complete the extraction of effective data and the process of wireless transmission.PC monitoring section mainly responses the operations of monitors,then displays the received valid data based on QT interface and saves the document,so that the researchers can observe,monitor and record the mechanical equipment.
