| Concentrated solar power is a new technology for solar energy utilization,which has the advantages of high power quality,stable output and can serve as basic load,compared with photovoltaic solar power.It has a broad prospect.In this paper,the system design based on economic consideration is carried out for Gulang 100 MW parabolic trough solar power generation project,and the economic analysis of the optimization scheme is carried out.Based on the analysis of the meteorological conditions for the implementation of the Gulang parabolic trough solar power generation project,the paper analyzes and designs the project plan based on SAM software,including the physical model design reflecting the generation performance and the financial model design reflecting the economic performance.How annual energy,dumped thermal energy in solar field,capacity factor and system efficiency are affected by solar multiple and full load hours of thermal storage has been studied.The levelised cost of energy which can reflect the project power generation income and investment cost was selected as the basis of optimal value.The optimal system design parameters of the project are obtained by calculating the levelised cost of energy under different solar multiple and full load hours of thermal storage,and comprehensively considering the land use restrictions.The investment cost calculation is carried out on the basis of determining the physical parameters of the output of the mirror field system,the heat storage system and power island,and the profitability,liquidity and uncertainly analysis are performed.The results show that Gulang 100 MW parabolic trough solar power generation project in Gansu province has the lowest levelised cost of energy of 1.042 yuan /kWh when the solar multiple is 2.4 and the full load hours of thermal storage is 8.5h.Under these conditions,the technical scheme is most economic.Under the condition of total investment of 2.50563 billion yuan,the financial internal rate of return(after tax)of the target year project reaches 6.87% and the minimum debt service reserve rate is 1.42.This project has good profitability and solvency,with low investment risk.The design scheme of this paper is expected to have better power generation performance and economy.The research results of this paper have reference value for project implementation. |
