Shipbuilding gantry crane metal structure is a strong wind-sensitive large-span structure,under the action of wind-induced easy to produce greater vibration and deformation.Wind load is often an important control load in such a nonlinear structural design.In the study of cranes,there are few studies on crane wind engineering,and GB / T3811-2008 "Crane Design Code"(hereinafter referred to as "specification")mainly analyzes the calculation method of the crane load on the crane.But more detailed study of wind load is less.Shipbuilding gantry crane to the scene of shipbuilding production to bring a variety of convenience,to ensure the successful completion of lifting section,outfitting pieces and other important shipbuilding tasks,so that the production tasks proud of efficient durability.In all kinds of natural disasters,a greater impact on the port crane,the typhoon is the main damage factors,disaster occur more frequently,not only will cause damage to the large equipment port,seriously affecting the production plan of the port,bring economic loss to the port and dock ship,will be a serious threat to the safety of staff.Therefore,it is necessary to study and analyze the safety of the metal structure of the shipbuilding gantry crane,and to understand the wind load and the wind response state.Based on the computational fluid dynamics analysis method,the body size of the crane metal structure and the mechanical properties of the structure under different wind speed field are analyzed.The effects of the unsteady wind under the action of the crane are studied under the action of a large shipbuilding gantry crane.The windinduced effect.In this dissertation,the metal structure of a large gantry crane is studied,and the influence of wind load on the crane is analyzed according to the numerical simulation method.The wind load simulation data are obtained to analyze the wind response.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The basic theory of fluid mechanics,the theory of boundary layer of fluid and the law of flow around the wind,the law of wind load acting on the structure and the theory of wind vibration of the component are discussed.(2)The fluid analysis method is used to obtain the distribution of wind pressure and the wind force coefficient.(3)The structure in the wind under the action of crane is analyzed,changes of structure displacement and stress under various conditions to get the value of wind load,get all kinds of cranes under action of steady wind velocity generated by the stress displacement influence on metal structure law.(4)Analysis of crane wind vibration in dynamic wind response,through the first six modes by modal analysis method to obtain the crane,crane resistance calculation in dynamic analysis of the wind vibration response analysis of metal structure.
