Community Service For The Highway Passenger Transport Under The Environment Of "Internet +"

Highway passenger transport is an important branch of transportation services.The appearance of high-speed train and urban rail transit,and the shift of travel needs of passengers have posed a challenge to the traditional road passenger service.At the same time,the online car-hailing services is rapidly rising and the intelligent passenger transport service is first emerged with the development of the “Internet +”,mobile Internet technology and Internet of things,which are also driving the road passenger transport to optimize and innovate.Therefore,this thesis constructs the highway passenger transport community under the environment of “Internet +”and designs the service mode of highway passenger transport based on the community.Furthermore,it explores how to provide personalized transport service according to the historical data of highway passenger community members.The main researches and innovative achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1)Constructing the highway passenger transport community.It analyzes the influence of "Internet +" on the highway passenger transport enterprises,defines the highway passenger transport community concept under the environment of "Internet +" according to the relevant theory of community and analyzes its characteristics.At the same time,it concretely analyzes the members,their needs,platform,service activities and management about the community,builds the highway passenger transport community under the environment of "Internet +" from network platform,application service and experience places and analyzes its characteristics.(2)Designing the service mode of highway passenger transport based on the community.This thesis summarizes the changes and classification of domestic highway passenger service,merges the passenger service with the Internet and community,designs the service mode of highway passenger transport based on the community from service structure,service content and operation mechanism and analyzes the advantages of this model.Inside,it uses the RBM(Restricted Boltzmann Machine)algorithm to extract the features from the historical travel data in the personalized service,adopts the CART(Classfication and Regression Tree)algorithm based on Bagging(Bootstrap aggregating)to predict the passenger travel preferences,so as to provide the service about recommending the travel way to passengers.(3)Verifying the effectiveness of the community service of highway passenger transport by using a case study of W passenger transport enterprise.Through the investigation,this thesis constructs the WeChat passenger community of W,designs the service content of highway passenger transport.And to confirm the feasibility of the personalized service in the passenger transport community,this thesis simulates the historical data of the passenger travel from personal characteristics and travel characteristics of passengers with the help of MATLAB software.And this thesis makes some comparative experiments about the RBM-CART,PCA-CART and CART.The experimental results show that the RBM-CART algorithm has better performance than others.In addition,it predicts the passenger’s travel mode to provide recommendation to passengers according to the results of the experiment.
