Aeroelastic validation is an important step in the process of aircraft structure design.At present,the domestic aeroelastic validation test is given priority to wind tunnel test.However,there are long cycle and high cost problems in wind tunnel test.The ground flutter test system is a new method for aeroelastic validation.It contains the aerodynamic calculation module,aerodynamic load and control module,the sensor and the object structure.The research object of the ground flutter test is the real structure.The vibration signal is obtained by the sensor.And then,the system calculate the aerodynamic force of the structure.The aerodynamic force is loaded through the vibration exciter.The ground flutter test can be used to supplement to the wind tunnel test.It’s a new method for flutter research that making up for a lack of traditional test and having great vitality.This article will focus on the need of ground flutter test system building.Concrete research content is as follows.In view of aerodynamic force real-time computing needs,We carried out the unsteady aerodynamic force time domain modeling method,measurement/vibration optimize method and the unsteady aerodynamic force shrinking method.The state space model of aerodynamic calculation module will be established,which can receive the response of the structure vibration and output the aerodynamic force.For multiple input multiple output controller designing requirements.We built the dynamics model of excitation system,researched the identification method of the system parameter and studied the accuracy of the excitation system through simulation method.At last,we established the state space model of multiple input multiple output coupling dynamics model of vibration system.Based on multiple input multiple output coupling dynamics model of vibration system,we designed the robust controller and established the controller’s state space model and verified the validity of the controller through single vibrator control test.Finally,we established a total simulation model of the ground flutter test system.Aiming at the uncertainty of each parameter in the system,we carried out the parameter sensitivity analysis and got the main factors influencing the stability of the system.Provide strong support for the real system building.
