The hypersonic gliding vehicle(HGV)is a new type of reentry vehicle as it has notable longdistance striking efficiency.Other than conventional mode of ballistic reentry flight,HGV controls its reentry trajectory via aerodynamic force and can penetrate missile defense system effectively.With a larger longitudinal and lateral range,HGV,which can achieve precise fixed-point landing,quickly remote arrival and precise payload delivery in a large scope and wide range of speed,is considered to be prospective and have a wide range of application.This paper foucses on a comprehensive analysis of the conceptual design of the lift-body hypersonic gliding vehicle,and establishes the overall multidisciplinary analysis system,aiming at developing an effective tool for the conceptual design of the lift-body hypersonic gliding vehicle.The research contents and results are as follows:1)The parameterized geometry definition methods of two kinds of HGV,lift-body and wing-body configuration have been established.Geometry modeling program with interface has been developed and geometry parameterized modeling of two kinds of configuration has been achieved by using CATIA secondary development method based on VBA language.2)The structure layout of the lift-body HGV has been studied and designed.An automatical process of structure finite element modeling,analysis and optimization has been achieved by use of MSC.Patran and Nastran secondary development method based on PCL language.A quick and precise numerical study of lift-body HGV static aeroelasticity problem has been conducted,an automatical parameterized aerodynamic-structure coupling analysis flow has been established and ideal structural weight has been obtained.An iterative structure static-buckling optimization procedure has been proposed,and optimized structural sizing results have been obtained.3)The framework of integrated analysis system of hypersonic gliding vehicle has been established.Modules of geometry modeling,aerodynamic analysis,aerothermodynamic analysis,TPS analysis and weight predication have been integrated in iSIGHT and an overall multidisciplinary analysis platform for hypersonic glide vehicle has been built.Multidisciplinary comprehensive analysis and parameter sensitivity studies have been carried out on the conceptual design stage of lift-body HGV.
