The transformer with runway shape winding has smaller core center distance and narrower window width compared with traditional transformer.In the case of the same core area and the same height of the core window,the dimensions of the length direction of the core are more compact.In order to meet the performance of various electrical functions,the transformer adopts the runway shape windings to effectively reduce the design cost of the transformer and it has less no-load current and loss.But the structure characteristics of the runway shape winding make it show greater vibration intensity and noise at the load condition.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the vibration noise analysis and its influencing factors and methods of the transformer with runway shape windings.In this paper,based on the structure characteristics of the transformer with runway shape winding,the calculation model of load leakage magnetic field is established,which gets the magnetic induction intensity of each winding unit as incentives to establish electric stress field and the vibration displacement calculation model.And then the average of the radial displacement of the entire winding area is also sought,which as As an incentive load for sound pressure calculation to establish pressure calculation model.As a result,a leakage-stress-acoustic coupled calculation model is proposed to calculate the electromagnetic force-vibration displacement-noise of the load winding.And then,in this paper,the vibration and noise test platform of the transformer with runway shape winding is set up to test the vibration and noise the transformer and gets the measured vibration acceleration signal of winding,which is analyzed by two integral calculations and three high pass filtering calculations and obtains the vibration displacement and distribution.The vibration displacement and noise test results are compared with the calculated results and the vibration characteristics of the amorphous alloy transformer with runway shape winding is researched,which verifies the accuracy of the proposed leakage-stress-acoustic coupled calculation model.It finally analyzes the influence of the vibration displacement intensity and noise of the transformer with runway shape winding from the load current,different proportion of round edge and long edge and winding process of winding material and proposes the corresponding suppression method.
