Research On The Process Management Technology For Civil Aircraft Type Certification

As a national strategic emerging industry,large civil aircraft industry has great significance for developing national economic,accelerating technological innovation and enhancing international competitiveness.The development and airworthiness certification of civil aircraft are the necessary ways to enter the market to participate in competition,so it is very important to improve the capability of development and airworthiness certification.After the completion of the development and airworthiness certification of some civil aircraft models,the development ability and airworthiness certification system of civil aircraft are improving continuously in China;however,compared with the international aviation powers,there is still a huge gap in the efficiency of type certification.Therefore,it is urgent to introduce the process management idea and technology into the type certification process.This paper took the civil aircraft type certification process as the research object and introduced process management idea and technical method into the type certification process,in order to improve its efficiency.As a theoretical support,firstly,the article analyzed and discussed the development of process management and related technologies.By using the method of literature retrieval and expert interview,type certification activities were analyzed and identified.Based on the results of analysis and recognition,this paper selected BPMN as modeling language,WebSphere Business Modeler as modeling tool to build the model of the type certification process.Using simulation to validate the rationality of the model,and then exported the executable BPEL model.Finally,on the basis of the system requirement analysis,designed the architecture,main function module,database and user management of the type certification management system.
