| With the development of economic construction and industrial layout adjustment,population and people’s material and cultural living standards in Beichen Area of Tianjin City have greatly improved.So,urban water consumption is a significant growth momentum and the existing water supply capacity of the Tianjin Yida water company has been unable to meet the water demand in Beichen Area.For this reason,the renovation and expansion of the water plant is the force of circumstances,represents the general trend.The main work and research results are as follows:(1)Firstly,through on-the-spot investigation of the water district,combined with the company’s existing water technology,this thesis points out that with the development of economy and the area continues to expand,the demand of water is increasing,the existing water supply capacity can not meet the requirements of regional development.It is imperative to carry out the expansion and transformation of water plant,as well as the upgrading and reconstruction of water making technology.(2)Based on the statistical analysis of the current water volume,the newly increased water volume and the limited groundwater production of the enterprises,combined with the existing water production capacity of the waterworks,the scale of the upgrading project is determined.That is,Tianjin City,Beichen district Dazhangzhuang town and Xiditou town water supply project Waterworks Project in the total size of 36 thousand m~3/d.(3)Through analysis and comparison of technical and economic performances of submerged ultrafiltration membrane technology and external pressure type ultrafiltration membrane technology,this thesis put forward the design of the main treatment process by using the immersed ultrafiltration membrane system,and the necessary pretreatment is carried out by using small grid flocculation and small pitch inclined plate sedimentation.The recommended procedure is defined,namely,the combination process of small grid flocculation,small interval inclined plate sedimentation and ultrafiltration.(4)Finally,the programming method is used to analyze the allocation of water resources after the expansion,and the water resources planning and water supply network planning are determined.,in order to form a complete design of the extension project.Then,conclusions and suggestions are given. |
