Nowadays,traditional primary energy is difficult to ensure fast and steady economic development,Environmental pollution caused by fossil fuels is also becoming more and more serious,under such circumstance,it is of great importance to exploit new energy.As a renewable,clean energy,wind energy has abundant reserves,which has been developed rapidly in various countries In addition to the development and utilization of the natural wind,many occasions such as mining area tuyere,industrial ventilation pipes,etc.There are a large number of mechanical wind energy waste,if we put wind power generation device into these occasions,we can recycle mechanical wind energy.In order to simulate the flow field of wind turbine in finite space and the influence of power generation The object of this paper is 100 W small horizontal axis wind turbine.We put the wind turbine into a circular duct,and study the interaction of flow field and generation efficiency.Interaction of one wind turbine and two sets of wind turbines under different arrangement are researched by experimental study and numerical simulation.The main contents of this paper include the following three aspects:Setting up the wind power station independently,based on industrial PC,exploring the different aperture,hole spacing flow plate and position of the rectifier on the uniformity effect and the influence of the wind turbine power generation.Find out the most suitable rectifier and installation location that can maximize the power output.Through the experiment method,we measured the wind speed distribution of a single wind turbine inside a tunnel,we also measured the wake field of tandem wind turbine and the downstream wind turbine generation under the different spacing arrangement.The velocity change information of wind turbine is obtained and it provides a reference for numerical simulation.The numerical simulation method is used to simulate the wind turbine and the wind turbine in the wind tunnel,and the velocity cloud image is obtained in different situations.The simulation results are compared with the experimental results,and the variation rules of wind turbine wake and interaction are obtained,it also provides a theoretical reference for optimizing the layout of large wind turbines.
