| Modular structure is the highest industrialization degree product of the industrialization of construction industry.Modular structure takes each room as modular unit,units are prefabricated in the factory,transported to the site,and assembled by special connections.It has broad prospects for development.However,the research of modular structure in China started late,and there has lots of research space on the overall structure of modules and the connection nodes of module units.In this paper,the research status of steel modular structure and connection joints are introduced.A new rotating modular unit connection node is designed.Through the comparison of mechanical properties and failure modes between Abaqus solid model and simplified model,it is proved that the mechanical properties of rotary connection nodes meet the engineering requirements.The hinge simplification is a reasonable and safe simplification method in the overall structure analysis.Based on Tianjin Ziya project,the overall finite element model is established.In solving the simplification of units level connection,the effective length factor of module columns,the assumption of the floor,the results of static analysis and response spectrum analysis meet the corresponding national standards and reached the design objective.The dynamic mode analysis proved that the overall structure of the modular building meets the prescribed aseismic performance targets The design of the connector also meets the requirements of frequent earthquake elasticity and large earthquake.A semi rigid connection simplification method is put forward.Abaqus is used to compare the solid,semi-rigid simplified and hinge simplified models,and a more reasonable semi-rigid connection simplified method is obtained.The overall structure of the semi rigid connection and the hinged simplification is compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of the steel module frame system and the traditional frame system are discussed. |
