With the development of information technology,the requirement of intensive management has been gradually improved,and the requirements for the identification of electric energy meter are also gradually improved.In the verification process of single phase,three-phase energy meter,collecting terminal and low voltage current transformer,the automation of remote monitoring and dispatching process is the direction of verification technology development.For the realization of the production of remote scheduling and monitoring,and promoting the intensive development of intelligent automation of production and management,project studied the power of the composition,verification method and verification principle of control system.The hardware and software composition of each system was studied in detail.A model to design a virtual control system was built.The virtual control system is designed to ensure that its real display of production.The realization of monitoring and scheduling functions can be ensured combining with live video display.Specific research work includes:(1)The various subsystems in the energy metering control system are the research objects.Verification control system of single-phase energy meter,verification control system of three-phase energy meter compatible with electricity information collection terminal,verification control system of low voltage current transformer,intelligent warehousing system were all studied meticulously.The equipment in the real production environment is displayed in the virtual control system with the help of Unity3 D platform.They are the basis of virtual control systems.(2)In order to realize the remote monitoring and control,to understand and find out the actual production process,the contents of the virtual control system that need to be displayed are determined.We can read data from the verification database using the application programming interface form.The virtual control system can display the basic status of each test unit(running status,the progress of the test,whether there is a non-qualified meter).It can also show the current test results as showing on-site implementation of the situation.As for the intelligent warehousing system,the virtual control system can show the position of the stacker.It can also show the shelf storage situation as showing the basic unit status of the conveyor line.(3)Through real-time monitoring and virtual control system help,the production workshop on-site all-round,the whole process,no dead angle visual monitoring can be achieved.When the unattended operation of the scene encountered abnormal alarm situation,it can help to determine whether it is necessary to arrange operation and maintenance personnel to the energy measurement and control system production site for processing with video monitoring screen.
