Tianjin west railway station will be built into a comprehensive urban that will radiate the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the BoHai Bay,which will integrate business finance,commercial trade and cultural of leisure.As an important starting station,it brings together the Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway,Metro Line1,composed of a variety of traffic transportation facilities.According the above features,XiZhan has designed one 35 kV substation and nine 10 kV substations to supply the power.The safe and stable operation of the substation in is vital to ensure the the public transport.Therefore,it is of great significance and practical value to develop a comprehensive automatic monitoring system that meets the substation of west station junction.Substation complex automation monitoring system was developed,which realizes data information collection and upload,remote telemetry and remote control functions,automatic warning window pops up and voice alarm etc,to realize the automation of substation power supply system control.In terms of relay protection,combined with the distribution characteristics of transformer substation and the load characteristic was designed and implemented of the 35 kV substation transformer differential protection and back-up protection,feeder protection to ensure the safe and stable operation of substation power equipment.In the implementation of transformer differential protection,the correction synchronization method of the two ends data is proposed,and the performance of differential protection is improved.In order to prevent misoperation of the equipment,a set of microcomputer hardware system has been developed to protect the equipment and personal safety.In this paper,the complex automation monitoring system of Tianjin West Station has been applied in the railway station,which has achieved good results and has made great contribution to the reliable operation of the West Station Transportation.
